To keep feet soft and protected, soak for 10-20 minutes in a basin of hot water with 2 tablespoons of rock alum powder.
Once the skin feels soft, use a pumice stone to scrape the corns.
After rinsing and drying your feet, hydration with a butter, conditioner or body lotion is recommended for soft and supple skin.
It is possible to sprinkle the shoes, or even the feet, with Najel alum powder in order to reduce any bacterial loads, odors and sweating. This application is recommended if you plan to wear barefoot footwear.
